The Consumer Advisory Board was created to empower people living with HIV/AIDS to actively participate in the decisions made regarding allocation of funding of AIDS service organizations in the eleven counties of the Southwestern Pennsylvania AIDS Planning Coalition region.

We seek to do this through education about the Coalition, experience of the "committee process", and participation in the decision making about funding AIDS services organizations.

C.A.B. Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Consumer Advisory Board to provide a mechanism for people with HIV/AIDS infection to have meaningful input into the development of policies and programs by HIV service providers with in the Southwestern Pennsylvania AIDS Planning Coalition.
