Oladoyin Desalu
Executive Director, SWPAPC
Doyin brings years of experience as the Coordinator/Executive Director of the Southwestern Pennsylvania AIDS Planning Coalition. She has served in the areas of public health program planning, development, implementation and evaluation, including international health in West Africa for over 20 years. She has also served as a human services consultant for at least three years.

Avram Machtiger
Planning Director

Avram has been a program, fundraising and organizational development manager and consultant for many years. He brings over 25 years experience in education, health and human services and business, including organizational start-ups, program development, marketing, community relations, donor relations and fundraising to the coalition. He has worked with diverse groups of human services agencies, educational organizations, foundations, government departments and universities.

Dr. Hide Yamatani
Researcher
Hide is currently the Interim Associate Dean for Research and Professor for the School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh. He is also the President/CEO of Excellence Research, Inc., which specializes in conducting project evaluation. He has completed numerous research projects supported by a host of prestigious organizations. Hide has served as an evaluator for a Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) funded Targeted Capacity Expansion (TCE) Grant.

Keith currently serves as Pastor of New Life Community Baptist Church and Executive Director of New Life Urban Ministries, Inc., both located in Braddock, Pennsylvania.

Carl brings lifelong faith-based experience, over six years pastoral expertise and years of experience dealing with substance abuse issues. He currently serves as Pastor of the Resurrection Baptist Church and President/CEO of CQH Ministries, Inc., both located in Braddock, PA.

Rev. Deryck Tines-Mitchell
Mobilizer
Deryck has served his community by providing HIV/AIDS substance abuse ministry for over fifteen years. He organized and facilitated the first Black Church HIV/AIDS Conference in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a 2001 Fellow at the African-American AIDS Policy and Training Institute in Los Angeles, CA. Deryck is currently the Senior Pastor of Sanctuary Church of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Assistant Pastor of the Free Holiness Church of Deliverance, Clairton, Pennsylvania and the founder of Peer Pastors.
